What counts as an active process?
A process that is switched on and runs, on a schedule or when you start it. Drafts, paused processes and anything you exported do not count.
What happens when I reach the limit?
The app will not switch on another process until you pause one or move to a bigger plan. Whatever is already switched on keeps running.
How do seats work?
A seat is one person in the workspace. Starter and Pro hold one person. Team starts at 2 people and each person holds a seat: a Team seat at €59 a month (€49 from the 11th), or a Team Pro seat with Pro's allowances at €119. A new person is billed from the day they join.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time: access stays until the end of the period you paid for. Everything you exported stays yours.
Do I get an invoice? What about VAT?
Yes, every payment produces an invoice by email. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
I have a promo code. Where do I put it?
At checkout, when you choose a plan inside the app. If the code came with a link, it is already applied when you get there.
