Luminars

Sell process automation to your clients, without doing the mapping yourself.

If you are an independent consultant or a fractional COO, CFO or CTO, Luminars does the process mapping for you. Your client's team installs an app; Luminars finds the tasks they repeat, writes them down with the evidence and switches on the first automations. You sell the sprint under your name, at your price, and present the report.

Mapping a client's processes by hand takes weeks of your time, and clients rarely pay for it.

To advise on operations or automation you first have to see how the work actually happens: days of shadowing, interviews, a task spreadsheet that is out of date before you present it. That time is unbilled, or billed at a rate the client resents, and it ends in a document, not in anything running.

Luminars watches how your client's team works, and you charge for it.

Luminars is a desktop app your client's people install on their own computers: it watches how they work, finds the processes that recur and writes them down with the evidence. You sell the sprint, pick the 5 champions, run the kickoff and the report meeting. The report you present has the map, the AI roadmap, the processes already running and the hours they return.

Nothing to integrate. No IT project on the client's side, none on yours.

2 ways a consultant earns more with Luminars.

Sell the sprint

Sell the Process Mapping Sprint at your price, to clients who already trust you.

You keep the whole fee. Luminars charges you nothing for the sprint.

Earn on what keeps running

Earn a share for as long as your client keeps the processes running.

After the sprint the client keeps their processes on a Luminars plan. You earn a share of that plan.

How you start: a 25-minute setup call, then you run every engagement yourself.

01Setup call

We set up your partner account and show you the sprint once.

In 25 minutes we create your partner account, walk you through a sprint and its report, and hand you the material you present to clients. That is the whole onboarding.

Your partner account, created on the call.

How a sprint runs, in 10 minutes.

How to read the report.

A sales one-pager and a privacy sheet to hand out.

02Your first client

Your first client engagement is free, and you run it yourself.

No license, no cost to you. You sell the sprint at your price, invite the client's team, run the kickoff and the report meeting. We are 1 message away if you need us, and never in the room with your client.

You sell, you keep the fee.

Champions install from your invite and pay nothing.

You follow the sprint from your workspace.

You present the report.

03Your license

Then a yearly license, and as many engagements as you can sell.

A yearly license covers your client installations, with a larger tier when you outgrow it. Same tooling, same workspace, same 2 meetings per sprint. The sprint fee stays yours.

Invite a client in 1 link.

Each client, its own workspace.

Your share, per client.

The sprint fee stays yours.

Ready to offer this to your clients?

One 25-minute call sets up your account. You can sell your first sprint the same day.

What you deliver to your client after 10 days.

Not a slide deck: a map, an AI roadmap, processes already running, and a number for the return. Every item traces to something a champion said or Luminars saw.

Deliverable 1

A map of how their team works, and an AI roadmap ranked by return.

Every recurring task, by person and by frequency, with the evidence beside it, ranked by hours per month and by how cleanly it automates. It answers "where should we use AI?" with proof, and it scopes the next 6 months of your engagement.

Every row has evidence.

Ranked by return.

The same work, done by two people.

Your next 6 months, scoped.

Deliverable 2

Processes already running, in the tools they use.

At least 2 processes go live during the sprint, on the champion's own computer, in the apps the client already uses, with a person in the loop wherever they want one. The rest are drafted and ready to switch on, or export to n8n for a builder.

In the client's tools.

A human step wherever they want one.

Ready to switch on.

Exports for whoever builds.

Deliverable 3

A clear number for the hours and money the client saves, in the report and in their console.

For every process that ran, the report puts the by-hand time next to the run time, times frequency, times what the client's people cost: hours and euros per month. After the sprint the client's console keeps counting the hours. That number is your credibility at the next renewal, and it turns the sprint into a plan you earn a share of.

By hand vs run.

Euros per month.

Keeps counting after the sprint.

Visible to the owner.

Mapping a client today, and mapping a client with Luminars.

By hand it ends in a document and a week of your time. With Luminars it ends in an invoice, a roadmap, processes running and a number the client can show their board.

A typical engagement today

  • Days of shadowing and interviews.
  • A task list that is stale when presented.
  • Recommendations without evidence.
  • Nothing running at the end.
  • No number for what it returned.

With Luminars

  • 10 working days, invoiced under your name.
  • Evidence, not shadowing.
  • Your hours on advice, not on mapping.
  • Processes running before the report.
  • Hours returned, counted in the client's console.

Discovery you can charge for. Hours you get back.

What the partner license includes.

Client workspaces. One workspace per client, with its own library and console.

Your partner workspace. Invite clients, follow each sprint, read your share.

Exports to n8n and Agent Skills. For whoever builds.

Support when you want it. 1 message away for questions, and an optional monthly check-in on pipeline and share.

Your client's data stays on their machines. You run the engagement; you never handle their recordings.

Pause collection, exclude apps and set scheduled pauses. Choose how long local screen and audio recordings are kept. In this beta, Help improve Luminars uploads original screen and audio recordings and investigation archives to Luminars for evaluation. You can turn it off in Settings → Data. Your company receives work findings, not these archives.

Questions consultants ask before becoming a partner.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You pick the champions, run the 2 meetings and present the report; the app records, drafts and runs. Anything that needs a builder exports to n8n for whoever you already work with.

Will Luminars be involved with my clients?

No. You sell, you run the sprint, you present. Luminars is the tool and bills the plan if the client keeps the processes running. We never contact your clients.

Who bills the client for the plan?

Luminars does, when the processes go live after the sprint. You bill the sprint and keep all of it.

What if the client cancels?

They keep the map and the exports, you keep the sprint fee, and your license does not change.

Can I white-label it?

Not today: the sprint and the report carry your name, the app carries ours. A co-branded demo is planned for licensed partners.

How many clients does the license cover?

It is sized to a portfolio of client installations, with a larger tier when you outgrow it. The first client engagement needs no license at all.

What does the client's team have to do?

Up to 5 people, about 1 hour each across 2 weeks: install, a 3-minute interview, 1 or 2 recordings, then a week with the app in the background.

Does this work if I am not an operations specialist?

Yes. Fractional CFOs and CTOs, growth and AI consultants run the same sprint; the report speaks the client's language, not yours.
