Luminars

Sell process automation to your clients, without doing the discovery yourself.

Your client's team installs Luminars. It finds the tasks they repeat, writes each one down with the evidence, and makes it runnable. You sell the sprint under your name, at your price, and your builders start from processes already exported to n8n.

Discovering a client's processes is slow, expensive, and you cannot bill for it.

Every automation project starts with weeks of workshops and shadowing that nobody pays for. The spec that comes out is wrong in the details and stale within a month, and your builders spend billable hours finding what it missed. At handover the client has automations but no number for what they returned.

Luminars watches how your client's team works, and you charge for it.

Luminars is a desktop app your client's people install on their own computers: it watches how they work, finds the processes that recur and writes them down with the evidence. You sell the sprint, pick the 5 champions, run the kickoff and the report meeting. Your builders take the exports into n8n, and the client sees the hours returned in their console.

Nothing to integrate before a sprint starts. No IT project on the client's side.

2 ways an agency earns more with Luminars.

Sell the sprint

Sell the Process Mapping Sprint at your price, to clients who already trust you.

You keep the whole fee. Luminars charges you nothing for the sprint.

Earn on what keeps running

Earn a share for as long as your client keeps the processes running.

After the sprint the client keeps their processes on a Luminars plan. You earn a share of that plan.

How you start: a 25-minute setup call, then you run every engagement yourself.

01Setup call

We set up your partner account and show you the sprint once.

In 25 minutes we create your partner account, walk you through a sprint and its report, and hand you the material you present to clients. That is the whole onboarding.

Your partner account, created on the call.

How a sprint runs, in 10 minutes.

How to read the report.

A sales one-pager and a privacy sheet to hand out.

02Your own agency

Run the first sprint on your own team, free.

Your people install the app and do their week. You get the map of what your agency repeats, the first 2 processes running and the report as your clients will see it. No license, no cost.

Installs in minutes. Your team, their own computers, nothing to configure.

Your agency's map in 10 days. Every repeated task, with the evidence.

2 processes running. Proposal follow-ups, timesheets, reporting.

The report, as your client will see it. Map, roadmap, hours returned, next steps.

03Your clients

Then a license, and you run every client engagement yourself.

Invite clients, run the sprint, present the report, hand the exports to your builders. We are 1 message away if you need us, and never in the room with your client.

Invite a client in 1 link. Champions install from your invite and pay nothing.

Each client, its own workspace. Their processes, their console, your access.

Exports into n8n. Your builders open a workflow, not a blank canvas.

Your share, per client. What accrued each month, client by client.

Ready to offer this to your clients?

One 25-minute call sets up your partner account. You can sell your first sprint the same day.

What you deliver to your client after 10 days.

Not a spec document: a map, a roadmap, processes already running, and a number for the return. Every item traces to something a champion said or Luminars saw.

Deliverable 1

A map of how their team works, and an AI roadmap ranked by return.

Every recurring task, by person and by frequency, with the evidence beside it, ranked by hours per month and by how cleanly it automates. It is the document their leadership asked for, and the scope of your next 3 projects.

Every row has evidence.

Ranked by return.

The same work, done by two people.

Your next projects, scoped.

Deliverable 2

Processes already running, and the rest ready for your builders in n8n.

At least 2 processes go live during the sprint, on the champion's own computer, in the apps the client already uses. Every other one exports as an n8n workflow or an Agent Skill, with a per-step report of what is automated and what still needs a person.

In the client's tools.

A real n8n workflow.

What still needs a person, marked.

Fewer delivery hours.

Deliverable 3

A clear number for the hours and money the client saves, in the report and in their console.

For every process that ran, the report puts the by-hand time next to the run time, times frequency, times what the client's people cost: hours and euros per month. After the sprint the client's console keeps counting the hours. That number turns a project into a plan, and you earn a share of the plan.

By hand vs run.

Euros per month.

Keeps counting after handover.

Visible to whoever decides.

Discovery today, and discovery with Luminars.

A discovery phase ends with a document you could not invoice. The sprint ends with an invoice, processes running, a roadmap for the next 3 projects and a number the client can show their board.

A typical project today

  • Weeks of workshops and shadowing, unbilled.
  • A spec that is wrong in the details.
  • Builders rediscovering the process on billable hours.
  • Handover with no number for the return.
  • The next project sold from zero.

A project with Luminars

  • 10 working days, invoiced under your name.
  • Evidence, not interviews.
  • Builders start from processes exported to n8n.
  • Hours returned, counted in the client's console.
  • A plan you earn a share of, and a roadmap for the next sale.

Discovery you can charge for. Delivery that costs you less.

What the partner license includes.

Client workspaces. One workspace per client, with its own library and console. Two tiers: capped and unlimited.

The partner workspace. Invite clients, follow each sprint, read your share.

Exports to n8n and Agent Skills. Every process lands in the stack your builders already use.

Support when you want it. 1 message away for questions, and an optional monthly check-in on pipeline and share.

Your client's data stays on their machines. You run the engagement; you never handle their recordings.

Pause collection, exclude apps and set scheduled pauses. Choose how long local screen and audio recordings are kept. In this beta, Help improve Luminars uploads original screen and audio recordings and investigation archives to Luminars for evaluation. You can turn it off in Settings → Data. Your company receives work findings, not these archives.

You control collection.

Your company sees processes and runs. In this beta, Help improve Luminars separately uploads original recordings to Luminars for evaluation; you can turn it off in Settings → Data.

Questions agencies ask before becoming a partner.

Who is the data processor?

For workspace data (drafts, runs, usage), the client is the controller and Luminars is the processor, in the EU. In this beta, Help improve Luminars uploads original screen and audio recordings and investigation archives to Luminars for evaluation. You can turn it off in Settings → Data. Your company receives work findings, not these archives.

Who owns the client's processes?

The client. Their workspace holds the processes, the exports are theirs even if they cancel, and you keep access for as long as you run their workspace.

Will Luminars be involved with our clients?

No. You sell, you run the sprint, you present, your builders deliver. Luminars is the tool and bills the plan if the client keeps the processes running. We never contact your clients.

Do the exports land in our stack?

Yes. Every process exports as an n8n workflow or as an Agent Skill with a per-step capability report. Your builders start from a draft, not a blank canvas.

Does the client need IT for this?

No. Champions install the app themselves, nothing is integrated for the mapping, and the processes that run during the sprint run on their own computers. Integration work, if any, is your delivery.

How is the client's return calculated?

By-hand time measured during the sprint, minus the run time, times how often the process runs, times the hourly cost the client gives you. The report shows it per process; the client's console keeps counting the hours after handover.

Is there exclusivity?

None by default, in either direction. If you want a vertical or a territory, ask us when you become a partner.

Do you compete with us?

We sell the software and the sprint that gets it in; we do not build automations for clients. A client who needs delivery is pointed to a partner.

Can we demo it in our own brand?

Not yet. Today the app carries Luminars' name and the sprint carries yours. A co-branded demo is planned for licensed partners.
